Class policies
- Number of classes offered :
Twelve classes are offered for the term – January-March.
Twelve classes are offered for the term – April-June.
Sixteen classes are offered for the term – September-December.
- Class duration :
Each class is of one hour.
No carry forward classes will be provided after the term (Except for medical issues / Family emergencies)
- Class cancellation by faculty / management :
In case of unavoidable circumstances, the management / faculty may have to cancel prescheduled classes, management will try the best to inform the student at least 24 hours in advance and reschedule the particular class during the term period, according to student’s convenience.
- Class cancellation by student :
In case a student fails to attend his/her prescheduled classes (unless medical issues / Family emergencies) ), a maximum number of two makeup classes will be assigned during the term itself. No carry forward makeup classes will be provided after the last day of the term.
- Student’s attendance :
A student will be considered present for both online and in-person classes. In case a student is unable to attend in-person class on a particular day, management recommends the student to attend online class for the particular day (if possible) in order to avoid piled up pending lessons. Student needs to directly inform the teaching faculty at least 24 hours in advance for the same.
- Medical issues / Family emergencies :
In case of absence due to medical issues / Family emergencies, student is being advised to send the management an email to
classes@kalaranjani.ae with the following details
Name –
Teacher assigned –
Absence Date(s) & time slot –
Management would consider and revert back on the same. This class(s) might get rescheduled during the term or in the next term along with the regular number of classes of the term.
Term fee payment
- Payment method : Bank transfer
- Payment Term : Term fee needs to be paid before attending the 3rd class of the term.
- Late payment : A late payment fee will be applicable after attending 4th class of the term.
Social media posts:
- Class video / pictures and performance materials, keeping the student in frame might get published on Institute’s social media pages and website.
